Fewer than 1% of attorneys hold this distinction. In order to be included in NAOPIA’s list of Top 10 Attorneys, an attorney must first be reviewed by another practicing attorney and meet NAOPIA’s strict membership criteria. Finally, a selection committee makes determinations on who will or will not be selected for inclusion in this list.
